Strawberry Shortcake and the Phonograph

Strawberry Shortcake™ has only one phonograph that I know of, the two-speed record player made by Playtime in 1982.

In 1924 the Regal Co. issued a new "Little Tot" catalog of record which had over ninety selections. It was announced in the The Talking Machine World that new ones would be known as Playtime Records, "which contain all the popular nursery rhymes, songs, stories and games." (The Talking Machine World, December 15, 1924).

In September 1925 The Talking Machine World announced that a new cabinet Kiddie Phonograph was being released named the "Playtime."
