Mary Belle Hamer Kelley was the daughter of Joseph and Mary Hamer. Mary's mother's maiden name Mary Puterbaugh (German descent).

Mack Wellington Kelley and Mary Belle Hamer Kelley were the parents of Judith Carol Kelley Orlando.
